I’m originally from Ireland and now living in San Francisco.
I’d been looking to find another workout that would compliment my swimming and running and a mutual friend recommended Georgina’s class! Being in California I could never join in person so I was super excited to learn she was offering online training. I’ve always admired Georgina’s strength and personal fitness and as she is a triathlete it made perfect sense that she would understand how to compliment my swim training. Her approach is easy to follow but the result is a challenging workout that keeps up your heart rate while focusing on flexibility and core strength. I can’t believe I’m halfway across the world and able to train with Georgina! I could not recommend her class enough it’s been the highlight of my 2020 !
Georgina has been a brilliant personal trainer over the past year. After a difficult pregnancy where I could do limited exercise I had to start back training at a very low base. Georgina has great knowledge and understanding of the post partum period and I had a tailored program from Georgina to gain back my strength and conditioning. Each session was tailored to my individual needs and adapted as I was able to do more. I believe that my recovery post birth has been as a result of working with Georgina. Both my physio and doctor have been surprised by the speed of my recovery and more importantly I feel great now.

Georgina designed a programme for me, combining flexibility, mobility, strength and cardio. She helped me achieve the goals we set at the outset, and also rid me of a back pain that I had suffered for years with.
Georgina has really helped me develop my whole body strength. I have previous shoulder and back injuries that effect me when training for long distance swimming but her HIIT and pilates classes have helped me work these out. During COVID lockdowns I would have been lost without Georgina’s guidance and she made classes fun. Her virtual classes are great as she motivates you and corrects your form to make sure you get the most from each workout. She also creates a friendly vibe as class numbers are small so I felt like I knew everyone in the class with me
I really enjoy open water swimming.
